Refund Policy

Refunds are handled under the Paddle Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

You can request a refund at paddle.net (look up your order) or by emailing us at [email protected] — we will forward the request to Paddle.

Send a refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of payment. The refund is made to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus the payment system fee if one was withheld.

If your code did not arrive or does not work, we fix it free of charge by restoring or replacing access.
