By using rovetoo.com or purchasing a route you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our order process for card payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all such orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles payments, taxes, invoicing and returns. These are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

ROVETOO routes are digital content; access is granted immediately after payment. If your code did not arrive or does not work, we will restore access free of charge.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Route texts, audio, photos, puzzles and maps are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Tatyana Kotava (ROVETOO brand) and the project's authors. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, publishing, distributing the content or passing access codes to third parties is prohibited.

In case of a material breach of these Terms or abuse (sharing or reselling codes, mass copying of content) we may suspend or terminate access.

Routes pass through public places; you are responsible for your own safety and for following local rules. Please respect residents. To the extent permitted by law, ROVETOO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the route.
